Rohit Rathi leads the company’s global business strategy, international partnerships, and market expansion initiatives. With extensive experience in the coconut processing industry, he has played a pivotal role in building VSA Foods into one of India’s leading packaged tender coconut water brands. At Indi Coconut, he is focused on developing long-term relationships with international customers, expanding the company’s global footprint, and creating sustainable value across the coconut supply chain.

Director
S. Shivaramakrishnan brings decades of operational expertise and deep knowledge of India’s coconut ecosystem. His leadership spans manufacturing excellence, quality assurance, procurement, and farmer partnerships. He has been instrumental in establishing world-class processing facilities and implementing international food safety standards, ensuring every product delivered by Indi Coconut consistently meets the highest global quality expectations.

Our Journey

1970

The Beginning

Mr. N. Sridhar and Mr. Vijay Rathi establish a coconut trading business built on trust, integrity, and long-standing relationships with coconut farming communities.

2009

Manufacturing Excellence

The second generation Mr. S. Sivaramakrishnan and Mr. Rohit Rathi found VSA Foods & Beverages Pvt. Ltd., introducing hygienically packaged Ready-to-Drink Tender Coconut Water to the Indian market.

2010–2023

Innovation & Growth

VSA expands its manufacturing capabilities, strengthens farmer partnerships, adopts internationally recognized quality systems, and becomes one of India’s leading producers of packaged tender coconut water.
